780 Brewster is a former industrial building that was turned into a multi-tenant office building, with an area of 134,911 square feet spread over four floors.

It hosts the offices of the Sud-Ouest Borough hall, the Canadian employment agency Drakkar as well as the ad agency Bleublancrouge.

This heritage building has been modernized while keeping its original essence. It is a model of green design and complies with the most rigorous standards. In 2010, the project was awarded the LEED silver certification.

780 Brewster offers many quality spaces meant to ensure the health and well-being of their tenants. Large operable windows let tons of natural light in throughout the floors while providing occupants with a high level of comfort. Indoor air quality is ensured thanks to the AVCA system.

In 2009, the building was awarded the Association québécoise pour la maîtrise de l’énergie “Energia” prize in the “Existing Building” category as well as the 2009 “Intérieurs Ferdie” prize in the “Sustainable Development” category. In 2009, the project was also a finalist for the Ordre des architects du Quebec’s “Prix d’excellence en architecture” award in the “Recycling and Reconversion” category.

780 Brewster is located near the Lionel Groulx metro station, the Atwater Market and the Lachine Canal, in a one-of-a-kind vibrant urban area.
