Within the Operations Department and under the supervision of the Project Director, the Project Coordinator Intern will be responsible for the following tasks
- Analyze and coordinate plans and specifications;
- Prepare project take-offs;
- Prepare project estimates and budgets;
- Complete tender/bid forms;
- Work closely with the Estimation team and Project Manager;
- Prepare preliminary construction schedules;
- Update Excel files (subcontractor lists, stakeholder lists, estimation templates, etc.);
- Process invoices;
- Organize and file all project documentation;
- Assist Project Managers as requested by the Director;
- Perform any other related tasks.
