Within the Operations Department and under the supervision of the Project Director, the Project Coordinator Intern will be responsible for the following tasks

  • Analyze and coordinate plans and specifications;
  • Prepare project take-offs;
  • Prepare project estimates and budgets;
  • Complete tender/bid forms;
  • Work closely with the Estimation team and Project Manager;
  • Prepare preliminary construction schedules;
  • Update Excel files (subcontractor lists, stakeholder lists, estimation templates, etc.);
  • Process invoices;
  • Organize and file all project documentation;
  • Assist Project Managers as requested by the Director;
  • Perform any other related tasks.
