Customer Service Representative - Rimouski

Part time - 15 to 20 hours per week

Be available evenings and weekends - Between 15 and 20 hours per week -Temporary contract for December 2024

Under the responsibility of the Shopping Center Director, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Know and keep informed of all of the center's services, its amenities and facilities, its stores, its promotional activities and its comfort tools;
  • Welcome visitors to the center; inform them, direct them and advise them through a customer experience marked by listening, courtesy and helpfulness;
  • Respond to requests from internal and external customers in order to provide accurate, relevant information and route it to the right stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams (security team, housekeeping, etc.);
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with retailers and keep them informed of the services offered by the center;
  • Carry out daily tasks related to the customer service point while respecting the policies and procedures in place;
  • Be responsible for the sale of gift cards, the cash balance and the reconciliation of sales;
  • Collaborate on various simple administrative, operational and marketing tasks with the center management team;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
