MACH joins the Alliance of Exemplary Buildings Share the news
Groupe MACH is proud to join Hydro-Québec’s Alliance of Exemplary Buildings, an initiative that brings together companies and real estate managers committed to using energy more efficiently and reducing their environmental footprint.
By taking an active part in this collective effort, MACH joins other major players in the real estate industry to make Quebec’s buildings true models of energy efficiency.
Four flagship properties from MACH’s portfolio are part of this first cohort: 2001 McGill College Avenue in Montréal, as well as the Complexe Jules-Dallaire, 200 Chemin Sainte-Foy, and 900 Rue d’Youville in Québec City. These buildings are implementing concrete measures to reduce their energy consumption, including lowering heating levels, optimizing night-time lighting, and improving the performance of their cooling systems.
This participation aligns with MACH’s ongoing ESG strategy, which places sustainability at the heart of its priorities. By joining the Alliance, MACH reaffirms its commitment to driving Québec’s energy transition and advancing the real estate sector toward more responsible, efficient, and environmentally respectful management.
