MACH keeps growing! Share the news
We're thrilled to announce the acquisition of three industrial properties totaling over 700,000 sq.ft!
The first two, classified as "A" grade, are located at 5850 Maurice-Cullen Street and 1000 Place Paul-Kane, in Laval's industrial park. The third, built in 2022, is situated in Varennes, at 2900 Chemin de la Baronnie. Two of these three quality properties are fully occupied by Pelican, the world's leading designer of water sports accessories. The third, located at 5850 Maurice-Cullen and covering nearly 138 000 ft², is available for immediate occupancy!
This acquisition reflects our strategy of diversification and our ability to generate value for our partners and investors. Currently, we're focused on maximizing the value of our existing assets and gradually transitioning to decarbonization of our buildings.
