We're delighted to share a major announcement with you: in partnership with Sarees Investissements, MACH has acquired the Promenades Beauport shopping centre, nestled at 3333 Rue du Carrefour in Quebec City!
With a surface area of 600,000 ft², it is the largest commercial complex in the eastern part of the Greater Quebec City area. We are extremely proud to welcome this complex to our portfolio. It becomes the 14th shopping centre to join the MACH family, bringing our total retail footprint to over 9M ft²!
Our confidence in the shopping centre market is stronger than ever, and we're determined to make a positive contribution to the vitality of the community.
