The renowned hotel joins MACH’s real estate portfolio.
MACH diversifies its operations with the InterContinental Montreal hotel, located at 360 Saint-Antoine Street West.
The InterContinental is nestled between Old Montreal and downtown. It features over 350 guest rooms, 2 gourmet restaurants and approximately 25,000 sq. ft. of conference and event space. The 26-storey building offers a total of 325,000 sq. ft. and is attached to the World Trade Centre Montreal.
This asset has incredible potential. Our ambition is to bring it up to the highest standards of hotel quality and luxury and make it one of the best hotels in Montreal.
As part of this acquisition, we are also pleased to welcome to the MACH family a team of more than 220 experienced employees who, every day, provide outstanding service to the InterContinental Montreal's guests. These employees will remain with the hotel and continue to provide the impeccable service for which the hotel is known.
