Senior Director of Operations - Montreal

Reporting to the Vice-President, Operations, the Senior Director of Operations ensures the planning, organization and control of all activities related to management in order to ensure its physical and financial condition while maintaining a harmonious relationship with tenants.
- Analyze, monitor and rigorously control the quality of services offered to tenants;
- Supervise, develop and train the staff under his or her responsibility;
- Participate in the development of policies and standards for the operation of the buildings under his/her management and ensure that they are applied;
- Ensure the application of laws, codes and regulations concerning the public safety of occupants and the protection of property;
- Ensure that emergency measures are updated and applied;
- Prepare, negotiate and supervise contract quotes with suppliers;
- Oversee, develop and have a superior understanding of Capex budgets;
- Maintain accounts receivable at their lowest level, ensure follow-up;
- Ensure the quality of the service provided to tenants;
- Strategically manage buildings to control expenses;
- Perform special case management;
- Forecast life-cycle costs;
- Manage KPIs and survey maps;
- Perform all other related tasks;
- Proactively manage the health and safety of your team.
