Real estate design project manager - Montréal
Regular full-time
• Collaborates at all stages of the design and implementation of projects in development and under construction while ensuring the application of the development strategy and design standards;
• Participates in the general advancement of development files;
• Prepare and submit requests for preliminary opinions, minor exemptions, specific projects for construction, modification or occupancy of a building (PPCMOI), demolition, exterior development permits, etc.;
• Verifications and regulatory research such as diagram, urban plan, zoning, etc.;
• Participates in meetings, information sessions and workshops relevant to projects;
• Coordinate with professionals and make service offers as needed under request and approval of the supervisor;
• Manage the deadlines for completing various tasks and projects.
• Handles the feasibility of space rental opportunities with the Rental team;
• Coordinates with the different teams according to the needs of the project;
• Perform all other related tasks.
