Administrative Assistant - Saint-Georges

Full-Time Regular Position

Based at Carrefour Saint-Georges and reporting to the Shopping Center Director, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Director and their team, including:

  • Welcoming clients (shopping center visitors and merchants), answering phone calls, and providing useful information to clients.
  • Offering administrative support to the Director and their team to enhance the efficiency of their operations.
  • Responding to incoming communications (calls, emails, letters, etc.) and drafting various documents (contracts, tenant communications, memos, etc.).
