A HISTORIC AGREEMENT !
Historic agreement with the Ville-Marie borough for the development of social and affordable housing in the Quartier des Lumières.
On the eve of the unveiling of the Faubourgs special urban planning program (PPU), the borough of Ville-Marie and the City of Montreal have reached an agreement with Groupe Mach for the development of 482 social housing units and 245 affordable housing units on the Quartier des lumières site.
