The 184,000 sq. ft. commercial complex, which is 100% occupied, is strategically located in one of the busiest areas of Quebec City, giving it exceptional visibility and accessibility.

In 2021, MACH acquired the Côté Nord of the Galeries de la Capitale, consisting of 6 buildings and located on Lebourgneuf Boulevard.
