February is off to a great start! 

After the acquisition of the InterContinental Montreal hotel, it is now the turn of 8500 Place Marien to be added to our real estate portfolio. 

This vast 400,000 sq. ft. building is strategically located in the heart of Montreal East, near the Metropolitan Highway.

The building is currently fully occupied by Brault & Martineau's warehouse and head office.
