MACH expands to the Maritimes

MACH is ending the year on a high note with the announcement of its first transaction in the Maritimes, its 46th acquisition in 2022. After a major breakthrough in Ontario over the past few months, MACH is expanding into Atlantic Canada with the addition of 1801 Hollis Street in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

BOMA Best Silver and Energy Star certified, this prestigious downtown address has nearly 225,000 sq. ft. of office space. The iconic 22-story glass tower overlooks the harbor and offers a breathtaking view of the city.

"The acquisition of 1801 Hollis is a perfect fit with our pan-Canadian growth plan. It is a high-value asset, well located and occupied by quality tenants. It meets the exact standards for which MACH is known and respected. Beyond the asset, we were drawn to the beautiful and vibrant city of Halifax. We see tremendous potential here and look forward to increasing our activities in this market in the coming months," said proudly Vincent Chiara, President of MACH.

Following this acquisition, MACH will establish its first regional office to support its operations in the region, confirming its intention to increase its presence in the Atlantic Provinces. MACH is the largest private owner in Eastern Canada.
