New acquisition !

We are very proud to announce the acquisition of two new office buildings located on both sides of the Ottawa River in the National Capital Region.

One is located at 550 de la Cité Boulevard in Gatineau. This Class A building which boasts more than 320,000 sq. ft., is BOMA Best certified and is exclusively occupied by Library and Archives Canada.

The other one has an exceptional location in the heart of Ottawa at 222-230 Queen Street. This 15-storey building, also BOMA Best-certified, features over 200,000 sq. ft.
