6 MACH properties rewarded!

Recently, BOMA Quebec unveiled the winners of the Défi Énergie awards, rewarding the best performance, for the year 2021, in terms of reducing energy consumption for commercial buildings.

Within MACH, this is a subject that is close to our heart, and we spare no effort to keep our commitment to reduce GHGs.

This is why we are particularly proud of the MACH operations team, which won 3 awards! Indeed, the 5000 Buchan, in Montreal, and 319 Franquet in Quebec City, won a Diamond award while the 330 Saint-Vallier East, in Quebec City, won a Platinum award.

Congratulations to all those who work daily to make our buildings ever more efficient!

It should also be noted that three other properties in our portfolio, managed by our partner Groupe Petra, won a Platinum award: 1000 De La Gauchetière, Place Victoria and Place Crémazie.
